5. Intellectual Property

All original content, designs, graphics, and software created by Singh Digital Works remain the property of Singh Digital Works until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of finalized deliverables may be transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.
Singh Digital Works reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and promotional materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

Singh Digital Works shall not be held liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, business, or data
Delays caused by third-party services or technical failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

7. Third-Party Services

Certain services may involve third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways, or software tools. Singh Digital Works is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services.

8. Cancellation and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

Payments are overdue
Terms are violated

Clients may cancel services by providing written notice. Any work completed before cancellation will be billable.
