Payment processed incorrectly due to a technical error.
Project cancellation before any work has commenced.
Failure to deliver agreed services due to reasons solely attributable to Singh Digital Works.

Any approved refund amount will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

Work has already begun on the project.
The client changes their mind after project initiation.
Delays caused by the client in providing content, approvals, or required information.
Dissatisfaction based on personal preferences not included in the original project scope.
Services that have been fully delivered.
SEO, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Lead Generation services where results depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
Domain registration, hosting purchases, third-party software licenses, plugins, themes, or any third-party service costs.

5. Project Cancellation

Clients may request project cancellation by contacting us in writing.

If cancellation occurs before work begins, a partial or full refund may be considered.

If cancellation occurs after project work has started, charges for completed work, resources utilized, and administrative costs may be deducted from any eligible refund amount.

6. Digital Marketing & SEO Services

Digital marketing and SEO services involve ongoing strategies, research, optimization, and campaign management. As these services require immediate resource allocation and continuous effort, fees paid for such services are generally non-refundable.

Singh Digital Works does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, sales, or business outcomes.

7. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will typically be processed within 7–15 business days.

The actual time required for funds to appear in the client’s account may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment gateway.

8. Modifications to This Policy

Singh Digital Works reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
